Dear Roman,
If you assume all the 3 families in the mirror world, your problem is very complicated, since all quarks and leptons are stable in the absence of weak interactions.
I recommend you to assume only one family, but to make correct calculation of frozen n/p ratio in your case.
What happens to mirror neutrinos in your case?
The assumptions about inflation and baryosynthesis should be specified.
My other comments are in the attached file.

Dear Roman,
though your text is still far from its perfect form, it contains many interesting aspects.
Some of them in my comments in the attached text.
Do you plan to take my course for the second semester?
It is important for me in order to understand to what level we should continue corrections of your text.

Dear Roman,
In your case equilibrium n/p ratio is supported by pion charge exchange reactions.
I don't think that there is any difference between such reactions for positively and negatively charged pions.
Your charged pions are stable, while neutral pions are unstable.
When temperature falls down below the mass of pions, charged pions freeeze out and there is no way to convert protons in neutrons and vice versa. Therefore freezing out of pions leads to freezing out of n/p ratio, which is (at the pion freezing out temperature - please find it) with the high accuracy equal 1.
For charged pions their frezing out is determined by their electromagnetic annihilation to photons or electron-positron pairs.
