Dear Leonid,
I would prefer text of your own though you prefered uncritical reproduction of my book. In some cases you reproduce old results, e.g. about zero cosmological term.
It was not reasonable to discuss the thingns that are not precisely related with your topic - the relationship between your model and axions is not clarified
