Title: Looking for Primordial Black Holes with cross-correlations

Abstract: Searches for the presence of Primordial Black Holes (PBHs) have been performed using a variety of observations and techniques. Moreover, ideas for future tests have been discussed, involving both direct and indirect effects of PBH existence. In this talk I will present some techniques to analyze cross-correlations between Gravitational Wave (GW) and Large-Scale Structure (LSS) catalogs. PBHs form and cluster differently than Astrophysical Black Holes (ABHs); those differences can be detected when performing cross-correlations between GWs and galaxy catalogs or maps of the intensity mapping signal coming from neutral hydrogen clouds at high redshift. The GWxLSS cross-correlation depends on PBH binary formation and clustering mechanisms, as well as details of the dynamics within the matter density field. I will present forecasts for the detection of the presence of PBHs (in the 1-100 solar mass range), using both resolved and background GW maps correlated with galaxy and 21cm IM signals, and show how future instruments will be able to detect the presence of binary PBH mergers with high significance.
