These are the results of my work for the past time of this semester. In particular, the problem with the asymptotics in the solution of the evolution equation has been completely solved.

Dear Kirill,
Thank you for draft. There is evident lack of proper Bibliography. All the pioneer papers: Lee, Yang; Kobzarev Okun Pomeranchuk, our review with Zeldovich, my works with Blinniikov and Beskin et al, Carlson Glashow, Berezhiani et al should be mentioned in the Introduction and put in the list of references. I can make some more editorial comments at our meeting
