Dear Denis,
I didn't go in details in the attached file with my comments, since there is the principal point, which you should address and correct. In the world without weak interactions you don't have Higgs mechanism, therefore all your fermions are massless (at the bare mass level). Hadrons acquire mass due to confinement and you should find the scale of confinement for your case, taking into account the number of mirror quarks.
