My comments are in the attached file. The main point - you should specify in the very begining all the stable particles of your model, not only mirror baryons, but also mirror pions, electron and neutrino. You should make assumptions on inflation and baryosynthesis. From these assumptions, set of your particles and their interactions should follow evolution of your Universe and it sspecific features.
