Dear Ekaterina,
Strong difference in inflaton lifetimes leads to exponential suppression of ordinary matter. You can use it as an argument, favoring comparable lifetimes of both inflatons.
I didn't find transition from the general case of 3 famililes to the case of only one (first) family.

Please prepare answer to the following question: if you have all the three families of quarks and leptons and there is no weak interaction to convert one type of quarks into another, what is baryon excess in this case - what is the relationship between excess of different quarks and leptons?
