Dear Denis,
I strongly recommend you to revise your text without rush, since bombardment me by new versions can only cause negative result.
You can consider two cases - 4th family in our world, then all the constraints you mention for 4th generation are valid and then to consider the case of 4th family in the mirror world.
Pease note that due to sphaleron transitions baryon asymmetry in the three light families can cause also asymmetry in the 4th family.

The underlined sentences should be corrected.
In particular, please, avoid the style of popular literature (as in the first paragraph of Introduction), you should use academic style as in scietific papers.
