There is an interesting question in your model - can there exist stable multi-neutron states?
In particular, if deuterium is unstable, do you have stable two neutron states?

To conclude about your nucleosynthesis, you should make an assumption on the mass difference of proton and neutron. It determines the life time of free proton and stability of D in your model.

Yes, you are right, you must specify the mass difference, to make definite conclusions.
You should take some definite value for the mass difference of protons and neutrons. Please also take into account the dependence of proton lifetime on this value.
