I cannot put my extensive comments in your pdf file, therefore, I can give you only brief remarks:
1. You should say definitely that your model doesn't contain physical mechanism for inflation (and for baryosynthesis - if CP violating ordinary-mirror neutron oscilations are not effective), so you must make some assumptions about the relative contributions into the total density of mirror and ordinary matter in the modern Universe and at 1 s.
2. Hydrogen in your model is not 0, there should remain some frozen out fraction - which you should calculate.
3. Your mirror matter can be considered as candidate for dark matter - then you should describe the dark matter objects, which can be formed in your scenario.
