Dear Oleg,
If you have one inflaton field with different modes of decay to mirror and ordinary particles, you get the ratio of densities of decay products in the form mirror/ordinary particles which is proportional to the ratio of the corresponding branching ratios of inflaton decay.
You cannot consider different modes of decay separately - if it is ONE field, its lifetime depends on the total width and the products of decay appear in the proportion to the branching ratios.

Dear Oleg,
If ordinary inflaton has decayed to relativistic particles, and mirror inflaton doesn’t, the latter behaves as nonrelativistic form of matter and dominates until its decay, provided that the initial energy density of ordinary and mirror inflatons was equal. It means that in the period after decay of the ordinary inflaton, mirror inflaton dominates and the relative contribution of ordinary matter decreases, proportional to the scale factor.
Your calculation of freezing out should be corrected by the fact that all the particles (except for t-quarks) freeze out after hadronization. It can strongly change your conclusion.
My comments are in the attached file
