Bilety for exam 1 semester

Pleaase find attached "bilety" for exam 1 semester.
The point 3 in each ticket - Referat is the necessary condition to be admitted to the exam.
It determines 70% of the total mark for exam.
Two other questions in the ticket cover main ideas of new physics and its cosmological effects.
The answer can be reduced to a few sentences - definition and brief comments are sufficient.
But these sentences should be properly formulated in order to avoid my additional questions.
