Formation of black hole assumes existence of a background space outside, in which gravitational field of the black hole mass remains, after this mass collapses within its gravitational radius. It means that the mass within black hole should be initially outside it and available to the external observer. Your case corresponds to a closed world. Gravitational field of the mass within closed world cannot be observed outside it.
You are right, pre-Planck times should be described in a specific way (some approaches of quantum gravity and string theory do exist for that). However, in our course we consider post-Planck times, when classical description of gravity is valid.
