Dear Larisa,
We can only greet your referat in English.
I think that your title assumes a bit more general framework.
You can mention in the Introduction that Dark Matter does exist and implies existence of new stable forms of matter.
Then you can mention that hadronic strongly interacting candidates for dark matter can exist and that new stable hadrons can bind with ordinary nuclei forming anomalous isotopes.
After this you can turn to new stable charged particles and anomalous isotopes that they can form and specify the case of OHe.
You may start the main part with a review of models, predicting stable charged particles and formulate the problem of anomalous istope overproduction.
Then you can concentrate on U-hadrons, if you wish, and follow your plan.
I look forward to a first draft of your referat
