I have to remind you that referat should be considered as a serious scientific text.
Please consider the possibility to use PBHs for tests of cosmological consequences of particle theory.
Please avoid formulations like "collaps cosmicheskikh petel" or "stolknovenie stenok s narushennymi symmetriyami"
I repeat again, please demonstrate more serious attyitude to this work.
In bibliography, please use correct form for reference to books or collections of papers.

Включены процессы, влияющие на отношение n/p , рассмотренные в некоторых приложениях

You have missed:
1. Formation of PBHs on dust-like stage
2. Formation of PBHs in first- and second order phase transitions
3. Formation of pregalactic masive PBHs - seeds of AGNs
4. Relationship between beta and alpha and it dependence on scenarion of very early Universe
You should conclude by the figure with constraints on PBHs in all the mass range and consequences for particle theory that follow from these constraints
Please avoid stylistic slips like "vymorozhennoe otnoshenie"
