Please remove such formulations as:

In point 1.3 please correct "wide range" - calculations show that in 1 order phase transitions masses of PBHs are in a rather narrow range around the value of mass of horizon in th emoment of phase transition.
In 1.4: please give correct value for the minimal mass Ms of PBHs, surviving to the present time.
However, those PBHs that evaporate now acquire in the course of evaporation all the possible values, so that there is a spectrum of PBHs, from formally zero mass to Ms.
Please add conclusion about PBHs as a theoretical tool to study physics of very early Universe and a nontrivial way to put constraints on particle theory at very high energies
