Do I understand correctly your idea: you assume that a particle with mirror QCD quark charge (triplet relative to mirror QCD) bears an INTEGER ordinary charge and then confinement relative to mirror QCD binds three such particles into a triple charged particle, being "neutral hadron" in the mirror world.
When I considered fractons, I assumed that they appear, when mirror QCD triplet has SU(2)xU(1) charges of ordinary particles and then such particle has a fractional ordinary charge.
It would be nice, if you can prove that it is not necessary for such particles to have fractional charges. Then your idea can be elaborated.
