Dear Yuri,
Proton is heavier than neutron in your world and for 0<Δm, you have less protons than neutrons. Therefore, please correct your conclusion "концентрация первичного водорода будет невелика" (in fact it will be exponentially small - please derive the frozen out amount for a given Δm, taking into account that protons are bound with neutrons, forming deuterium). What is the actual primordial chemical content in your case?
Referat should have a proper form (it includes title and the list of references).

I can only repeat my previous comment about your statement "...а концентрация первичного водорода будет крайне мала" (in fact it will be exponentially small - please derive the frozen out amount for a given Δm, taking into account that protons are bound with neutrons, forming deuterium). What is the actual primordial chemical content in your case? Helium, exponentially small amount of hydrogen and...?
The list of references with only 2 references is not sufficient.
