The timescale depends on your efforts.
To reach the sufficiently good level of your text, you should demonstrate much deeper understanding of the problem, since we consider it as a draft for Introduction to your future PhD thesis.

You should very seriously work on academic style. Statements like 'scientists conclude' should not be present.
I marked yellow statements and sentences to be corrected.
You should add discussion of OHe atomic structure and dark atom explanation of high energy positron excess (adding also two-component dark atom model in discussion).
And of course references should be put in proper form
