To make your model more realistic, please consider the case of lower temperature of your mirror plasma, what provides generation of larger mirror baryon excess and suppresses the contribution of relativistic mirror species in the period of nucleosynthesis. Then your mirror baryons can play the role of dark matter. Please study formation of large scale structure in such scenario: what is the scale of this structure?
